Refund policy

The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the “Consumer Protection Law.” You can return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt under the following conditions:

2. It is in its original packaging with all included components.
3. It has a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Procedure:

3. The refund will be processed within 7 banking days.
4. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
5. In case of a return for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the buyer covers the return shipping costs independently.
