Order Details:

1. Orders can be placed at any time convenient for you.
2. Order processing takes place from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekends. On holidays, processing is available from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
3. Orders placed after the time specified in point 2 will be processed the next day.
4. Confirmation and feedback after placing an order occur within 2 hours during the working hours mentioned in point 2.
5. The availability of items on the website represents a “virtual stock”; after placing an order, our managers check actual stock levels and will contact you accordingly.

• Delivery via Nova Poshta services

Nova Poshta Courier Delivery to Your Door:

• Shipping via Nova Poshta is carried out within 1-2 calendar days.
• Orders are processed for shipment until 5:00 PM on business days and until 3:00 PM on weekends and holidays. Orders confirmed before this time are dispatched the same day.
• Delivery cost is according to the Nova Poshta service rates. Parcel collection is subject to their regulations.
